Olamide Adeyemo

I am a sports marketing professional committed to growing collegiate sports across sub Saharan Africa one country a time, starting with my home country, Nigeria.

Having served at the highest levels of leadership during my college years as President, Vice President and Academic Committee member and led major campus projects including the National Campus Tour for the legendary Tunde Kelani and his multiple award-winning film, Dazzling Mirage, I discovered first-hand the underdevelopment of collegiate sports and the wealth of opportunities lost for all stakeholders across the spectrum.

As the Chief Strategy Officer at PACE, I led the strategy on creating and executing the Higher Institutions Sports League (HiSL), starting with the Higher Institutions Football League (HiFL) and lead a group of private companies creating and managing athletic brands for Nigerian universities.

I am passionately committed to making Nigeria a global collegiate sports powerhouse through creating sustainable frameworks and competitions that provide rewarding opportunities to the country’s numerous young athletic talents. As obtainable in climes with thriving collegiate sports, I believe this will enable young people become productive members of their families and the communities that they serve while ensuring that youth-oriented brands ace their marketing objectives.
