Olanike Olabiyi
Public Speaker, Volunteer, and Project Manager in Nigeria
Olanike Titilola Olabiyi is a passionate social development advocate, administrator, and visionary leader dedicated to empowering underserved communities, especially women, youths, and the underprivileged. She holds a deep conviction that everyone has the potential for greatness and is committed to creating opportunities for people to unlock it.
Her journey into community development began with Early life challenges, moments of loneliness, and deep questions about life that shaped her faith and inspired her lifelong mission to rescue, equip, and empower others.
Olanike currently serves as Administrator of Handy Innovations Vocational Institute, an arm of Handy Innovations Foundation, which provides free vocational training, employability programs, and scholarships to individuals from disadvantaged backgrounds. When she joined, the institute was only a vision with no operational structure. Through her leadership, she established systems, coordinated programs, recruited and managed staff, expanded outreach, and spearheaded initiatives that have impacted hundreds of lives.
Her professional milestones include organizing
- large-scale market sensitization programs
- orphanage outreaches
- feeding over 250 less-privileged individuals on the streets
- conducting medical outreach programs in underserved communities
- mobilizing over 100 students for community service.
- She has also championed Children’s Day free vocational training.
- Creating systems for business start-up support for aspiring entrepreneurs,
- public awareness campaigns on hygiene, skills acquisition, and empowerment.
Alongside her administrative role, Olanike has volunteered with organizations such as Handy Innovations Foundation, HICAN Initiative, Smile Superheroes, OMLA, Global Entrepreneurship Festival, and many more.
As part of her lifelong commitment to empowerment and community transformation, Olanike Titilola Olabiyi founded The Grace Palace Initiative — a faith-driven, non-profit platform dedicated to transforming lives through emotional healing, spiritual growth, and skill acquisition based on specific needs.
Through this initiative, Olanike focuses on uplifting youths, particularly young women, and widows by equipping them with relevant vocational skills, and providing both emotional and spiritual guidance. Her approach is rooted in breaking cycles of dependence and poverty by creating opportunities for self-reliance, financial stability, and active social contribution.
The Grace Palace Initiative is more than a charity — it is a movement of hope. It provides training, mentorship, and community support to nurture confident, skilled, and purpose-driven individuals who will, in turn, become agents of change in their communities.
Her strengths in people management, organizational leadership, project coordination, and community mobilization have earned her a credible reputation as a transformative leader in the social development space.
She envisions a future where she expands her advocacy, builds safe spaces for victims, and mentors teenagers facing life challenges. She desires to be remembered as a woman who brought freedom to the oppressed, kindness to the vulnerable, and glory to God through her work.
She is also passionate about media and leads a creative team specializing in live streaming, projection, photography, videography, graphic design, content creation, and event lighting.
