Small Business Owner, Public Speaker, and Project Manager in Ilorin, Nigeria

A passionate leader in business, politics, and social impact, I am dedicated to creating meaningful change and empowering the next generation, especially women and children. My journey, shaped by entrepreneurship, advocacy, and community work, reflects my commitment to driving social progress and fostering economic empowerment.

Currently pursuing an MBA in Project Management at Kwara State University Business School, I bring both academic knowledge and hands-on experience to my work. I hold a BSc in Plant Biology from the University of Ilorin, where my passion for leadership and entrepreneurship began. As an agripreneur, I promote sustainable agriculture to empower communities. Additionally, I own The Jewelry Mama, a brand offering exotic jewelry collections for fashion-conscious women.

In business, I co-manage Organiser Snack Bites, Organiser Unisex Salon, and Organiser Grocery Store. These businesses not only provide services but also create jobs and contribute to local economic growth, aligning with my belief in entrepreneurship as a tool for social transformation.

My leadership extends into politics, where I serve as Welfare Secretary of the Young Women in Politics Forum, Kwara Chapter. I advocate for greater women’s participation in governance and mentor young female leaders through the Young Women Political Academy, supported by United Nations Women.

I hold several certifications, including:

Google Hustle Academy

ImpactHER Business Development

Digital Marketing and Business Finance by Meta and She Leads Africa She Means Business 2022

My volunteer efforts include:

Loib Rural Empowerment Initiative – focused on children’s education in rural communities.

We Hold a Hand – promoting mental health awareness and support.

Girls with Period Initiative – providing sanitary pads and hygiene education to teenage girls.

Leah Foundation – raising cancer awareness.

Women in Business Initiative (WIBI) – mentoring female entrepreneurs as a Cell Leader.

I have also led initiatives to provide school fees and supplies to over 50 underprivileged children, demonstrating my deep commitment to community service.

Looking ahead, I am focused on expanding my influence in business, politics, and social impact, empowering more women, and driving stronger representation in leadership. My goal is to inspire future leaders to lead with purpose and integrity.
