Olatomide Asher is a strategic marketing management and brand leadership professional with focus on value advocacy– the design and execution of strategy based on identifiable signature strengths to achieve enduring utility.

His experience includes business and strategy management positions in practices spanning marketing, business advisory, and digital technology services. Having worked on global brands, partnering with executives at the most senior levels, the effect of my professional contribution on product-to-market implementation is far reaching to Sub-Saharan Africa, the UK, the US and China, cutting across critical sectors such as Healthcare, Consumer Technology, SaaS, Fintech, Non-Profit, Banking, Oil and Gas and FMCG.

Working with renowned advertising agencies in Nigeria and Sub-Saharan Africa, he has had a direct impact on the growth of some of the biggest local and multinational brands operating in Africa. He teaches the “Idea of Value” as a principle in his strategic thinking sessions. He also enjoys mentorship and consulting engagements with start-ups and businesses across Africa.

Currently, he is the director of business and portfolio growth at Wild Fusion where he leads the business’ client and revenue strategy and creative efforts, by applying strategic principles with technology’s lean and agile practices to drive revenue growth and make category-leading clients’ marketing efforts more efficient.

In 2018 he had the privilege of being selected as one of the 120 youngest and brightest professionals in the world to watch out for by the Mountbatten Program, following which he received a sponsored invitation to the prestigious MIT Sloan School of Management to join its technology strategy program.

A member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, UK (MCIM), and regular facilitator on the subject of consumer behavior dynamics, strategy, and the idea of value for brands. He mentors with Venture Capitalist for Africa [VC4A] where he guides African entrepreneurs on executing responsive and divergent business/brand models.

When he is not consulting on value, growth and strategy for brands, he is helping people answer complex questions about purpose. At other times he is a tennis-head, gamer, and a steady Apple fanboy. He has his sights on any of the Federal Republic’s National Honors for private citizens with notable accomplishments.
