This sought after Beauty Industry Educator travels the world sharing her knowledge and experience of working with celebrities, fashion designers and renowned makeup artist for fashion shows, photo shoots, films and other major industry events to aspiring Business Owners, Beauty Industry Professionals and Cosmetology Students.

Ola's passion for hair began at the age of 12 and by the age of 21, she became a Hair Distributor for a Hair Extensions Company. Through her hard work and great sales, she quickly rose through the ranks from Hair Distributor to General Manager. A true entrepreneur, she has traveled to India, China and Europe to make direct contact with her hair suppliers With this experience, business prowess and her exstinsive network, Ola created her own Hair Brand and launched her first company, Illusion Hair Industries, LLC in 2010 and turned her passion into a Beauty Empire.

Ms. Wilkerson's Subsidiary Company, Hair Goddess Boutique, is a Hair and Beauty Hub for Beauty Professionals to make additional revenue by selling Hair Extensions and Products wholesale or retail, Students can Intern to learn the Beauty Business through Hair Goddess' Mentorship Program and Customers are able to receive Hair Extensions Services and purchase Hair Products. Hair Goddess Boutique also offers digital trainings through Hair Icon University, which offers Business workshops, online courses, networking events and business consultations. Also, Hair Goddess Boutique affords Ola the opportunity to pays it forward with her Philanthropic efforts of community outreach, where she works closely with non profit organizations and volunteers her time and services to help co-sponsor events for the underserved, ill and disable.
