Dr. Olayemi Dickson, a Research Officer and Transport Specialist at the National Centre for Technology Management (NACETEM) with over 14 years of experience, specializes in policy research, evaluation, and review to support knowledge-based, technology-driven development.

Dr. Olayemi holds a 5 years B.Tech. degree in Transport Management Technology, a Master’s degree in Technology Management with a focus on Transport, and a Ph.D. degree in Transport and Logistics. Her academic journey is complemented by numerous professional credentials, including being a Chartered Transportant of Nigeria (CTN), Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT) International and a Full Member of the Chartered Institute of Transport Administration (CIOTA) in Nigeria. Her leadership roles extend to serving on several committees where she contributes to strategic initiatives that shape the future of transport in Nigeria.

Dr. Dickson is also an active Transport Specialist Think Tank member for Climate Survival Solutions International, a pioneering member of the Transformative Transport Service Initiative (TRASEDI), and a research fellow at the French Research Institute in Africa (IFRA). Her research interests span Inclusive Mobility, Transport Planning and Policy, Transport and Logistics, Sustainable Urban Mobility, and Technology and Innovation Management.

Her portfolio includes publications in peer-reviewed journals, consultancy projects, and presentations at various conferences and seminars. She has successfully managed a range of activities—consultancy, lecturing, moderating, and project coordination, each aimed at advancing knowledge and practice in her field.

Driven by a passion for creating sustainable and inclusive transport systems, Dr. Dickson is dedicated to enhancing mobility and accessibility, particularly for individuals with disabilities. Her mission is to foster well-being through equitable transportation solutions that serve all members of society.
