My name is Mark Oluoch Olayo and I am an Interior Designer.

I studied Interior Design [Interior Architecture] at Nairobi Institute of Technology. I have garnered two years’ work experience through two companies: as an intern in IN 5 ARCHITECTS [an architectural design outfit based in Westlands, Nairobi, Kenya] and then as an Interior Designer at ACACIA DESIGN AND STUDIO [where I still consult currently].

I am especially skilled in:

- Designed multiple fixture options [both interior and exterior] for clients using various softwares including Sketchup, Archicard, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and Lumion.

- Sourced & specified material, furniture and appliances for clients.

- Site visits for measuring and discussion of design expectations and client-brief set-ups, and also

- Organising and updating materials library.
