Oleg Popov

Oleg Popov is a Canadian Certified Chef de Cuisine with a vast range of experience in the restaurant, catering and retail food industry. During his career, Chef Oleg has focused on classic Russian, French, Italian and Japanese cuisine. In addition, he has previously worked at Hotel Belgrade in Moscow, Russia and Marriot Chateaux Champlain in Montreal, Canada. More recently, Chef Oleg has been engaged in training young chefs at the Liaison College in Toronto.

For the last 5 years, Chef Oleg has been operating a gourmet food store in Oakville, Ontario. The store specialized in cheeses, as well as fresh and dry aged Premium cuts of beef, lamb, wild boar, bison, venison and other meats. He also manufactured different types of pate, fresh sausages and burgers. The store also provided a variety of cooking classes and catering services
