A curious mind, hungry writer, trend hunter, restless researcher of honest food. She cofounded the Underground Restaurant in Warsaw at the time when nobody in Poland didn't even know what supper club is. This is how she got into culinary world for good. Going deeper and deeper during her cultural studies she had an episode of being a food performer. She co-created couple of cool projects in Poland and abroad with her culinary art group MASH/HER/DIP. But also at this time she realised that her heart belongs to storytelling. For four years she was an editor of Kuchnia magazine to become the vice editor-in-chief for next three years. Her print work includes travel and food history features, interviews with world known chefs, recipe developing and writing. She covered events, foreign and domestic, including Cook it Raw Poland and Madrid Fusión.

Seeking new stimulus and flexibility she turned to freelancing and now is collaborating with Usta, independent food and lifestyle magazine and writing for various outlets. She also launched Mlask (@mlaskimlask), an online platform focusing on gastronomy culture and food news. Olga enjoys meeting chefs, cooks, influencers, entrepreneurs, food heroes – telling their stories is probably the most exciting part of her job. Constantly searching for new topics to write about and passionate people to network with.
