I have enjoyed 15 years of Healthcare management experience in South Florida and throughout this time I have developed many skills. I have owned and managed a Geriatric Care Management practice wearing all the hats: staffing, accounting, patient maintenance, and record keeping responsibilities (not to mention being on-call 24/7). Most recently I taught Assisted Living Core Training, responsible for ensuring that those entering the ALF market as owners are well trained and understand the responsibilities they are about to undertake. I have an M.Sc. degree in Health Care Administration and Gerontology bringing a very well-rounded skill set to the table.
