Ms. Jasinsky has broad experience planning, executing a wide variety of complex clinical trials at both large pharmaceutical companies as well as small start up biotech companies and Contract Research Organizations. These clinical trials range from first in human to registration trials to health economic studies for registered products. Her Phase 1 experience includes single ascending, multiple dose and maximum tolerated dose trials as well as special population and interaction studies. Her Phase 2 and 3 experience includes proof of concept and dose ranging trials and global registration studies. She has helped to facilitate a large global cardiovascular outcome study and numerous investigator initiated studies using registered products.
Her therapeutic experience in the conduct of clinical studies is equally as broad and includes clinical trials assessing drugs to treat, female infertility, uterine fibroids, hospitalized pneumonia, pelvic inflammatory disease, skin infections, depression, schizophrenia, attention deficit disorder, Alzheimer’s disease, epilepsy, hypothyroidism, post-operative and chronic pain, HIV, diabetes, smoking cessation, obesity, binge eating disorder and urea cycle disorder. These trials were conducted in the United States, Eastern and Western Europe and South America, many which have been published in peer-reviewed journals and/or presented as posters at international conferences.
Ms. Jasinsky is a strategic thinker and has effectively designed strategic clinical development plans to meet the desired target product profile of the tested pharmaceutical. She has excellent writing skills and has authored numerous protocols, clinical study reports, invitational plans, investigational brochures and annual reports.
Ms. Jasinsky has a very pleasant demeanor, makes good working relationships allowing for effective management of contract research organizations, as well as internal staff. She is open minded, enjoys sharing information and mentoring junior staff.
The majority of Ms. Jasinsky's experience was at Abbott Laboratories (Abbvie) where she held positions of increasing responsibility during her tenure. She has also worked as a consultant at Astellas, where she worked on one of the company's highest priority projects.
