I am a Mastercard Foundation Scholar pursuing an MS in Global Technology and Development at Arizona State University. With a background in civil registration and community development, I bring hands-on experience from the National Identification and Registration Authority (NIRA) Uganda and grassroots social innovation projects.

My research explores how digital identity, artificial intelligence, and emerging technologies can drive inclusive development across Africa. I’m particularly interested in how digital systems shape access to services, rights, and opportunities for marginalized populations. I’m passionate about bridging the digital divide, empowering youth and women through digital literacy, and shaping equitable technology policies for the Global South.

Previously, I contributed to projects advancing financial inclusion, literacy, and civic participation, including community-led initiatives focused on digital access and rights awareness. I aim to leverage technology, research, and policy to create sustainable, human-centered solutions that enhance social equity and development impact.
