Project Manager, Public Speaker, and Social Media Manager in Tempe, Arizona State
I am a researcher and development practitioner passionate about how technology can be harnessed to expand opportunity, strengthen public systems, and advance social inclusion. Currently, I am pursuing a Master of Science in Global Technology and Development at Arizona State University as a Mastercard Foundation Scholar.
My work sits at the intersection of technology, governance, and development, with a particular focus on digital public infrastructure, digital identity, data governance, and emerging technologies in low- and middle-income countries. I am especially interested in how digital systems shape access to services, citizenship, and opportunities for historically underserved communities.
Drawing from experience in public data systems, research, youth engagement, and community development, I explore both the promise and the challenges of digital transformation. Through research, policy engagement, and practical initiatives, I seek to contribute to technology systems that are inclusive, accountable, and responsive to the needs of the people they serve.
At the heart of my work is a simple belief: technology should not merely digitize society it should help create more equitable and human-centered pathways to development.
