Hi, I'm Oliv of Oliv&Co.

On my 30th birthday I left my job as a physio to pursue a lifelong passion: the food supply chain. To learn from the farmers, the plant scientists, the investors, the entrepreneurs, the distributors, the cynics and the dreamers of the food world.

I wanted to answer these questions for myself...

How do we change consumer behaviour? To encourage local and seasonal shopping?

What would our economy and farming community look like if everybody's diet were vegan or veggie?

Do we target the cause or the outcome of food waste?

Oliv&Co. is the product of that journey and has 3 objectives:

- To improve access to local produce.

- To influence consumer behaviour.

- To shorten supply chains and reduce food waste.
