I am a passionate software engineer with 10+ years of experience on the most different scenarios and technologies. I believe that quality is not an option, and no software should be complex or hard to work on.Currently working on backend distributed applications, using micro-services across many different clusters, with a high data volume and data flow. I've been working on many different quality initiatives as well, in order to deliver better and trustable products, from the team structure and organization to technology application and quality monitoring.Colleagues use to trust and support my decisions when it comes to business requirements analysis, software development strategies, architecture modeling, quality assurance, etc… And that comes from the fact that I am always paying attention at what people has to say, even if I disagree, and I always try to take the best from all situations, learn from mistakes and celebrate the victories.I have a strong engineering background and an academic specialization on software analysis and development.I consider myself a bold software craftsman, I do not fear the challenge, and I think we can always do better.
