Olive holds a Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering with honors. She currently works with Hewlett-Packard Enterprise as a Partner Business Manager.

She also has experience in Corporate Sustainability from a prestigious Management consulting firm where she engaged in Research, Media and Strategy.

She runs a social enterprise - Growth plan, a platform aimed at providing quality aid to the Nigerian students and graduates, ensuring career growth and overall personal and professional development.

Her interests include but are not limited to Business Sustainability, Business growth, IT business sales, Strategic Management, Tech and Entrepreneurship.
