Oliver Ripley is an international entrepreneur who is the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of private holding firm Ocean Group International, as well as technology company Black Ocean LLC.

Ocean Group International operates in several sectors, with the common objective of creating long-term value in various high-growth industries, both by being involved in the creation of new businesses and in the various restructuring procedures that would improve existing ones. The range of fields in which the company invests includes aviation, agriculture, mining, and real estate. The latter’s portfolio extends through European and Russian territories. Overlooking the growth of the firm, he also founded Kronos Capital, its private equity division, as well as building the company’s agricultural business which operates in Southern Russia, Natural Farming Ltd. He was also involved in the development of Ocean Sky, which became one of the largest European private jet companies, which engages both in operating aircrafts and in the ownership of airport terminals in territories across the UK, Italy, and Spain.

In 2005, Oliver founded Black Ocean LLC. The firm itself is involved in various tech-related businesses, such as digital media, e-commerce, mobile solutions, and various disruptive technologies, for example the creation of proprietary CMS technology. Its role as an incubator is to help businesses prosper, with strategies that go from providing capital to supporting the actual operations and structure of the companies involved.

Prior to launching Ocean Group and its subsidiaries, Oliver Ripley worked across a whole host of sectors such as real estate, commodity trading, and the oil industry; he held positions at international companies including the Athena Group, GEMS, and Zurich Keytrade. Today, he is a Member of the Board of Directors at TV Genesis LLC, and the Executive Council of Genesis Media LLC.
