Dr. Oliver Otieno is a plant pathologist with research expertise in plant pathology, plant biology, and nematology. His work focuses on understanding plant–pathogen interactions and developing integrated pest and disease management strategies to enhance sustainable crop production. He has designed and conducted both laboratory and field-based research, with emphasis on disease diagnosis, epidemiology, and management of soilborne pathogens. Dr. Otieno has published peer-reviewed articles in recognized journals, contributing to scientific knowledge in plant disease biology and management.
