Oliver Bigler

Orem, Utah

Bigler, 40, is the driving force behind the Marketecture Business Center, the net’s only all-in-one platform for small business owners for building, marketing and growing their business online. Having over 10 years’ experience in SMB marketing, Bigler was aware of the enormous tech hurdle that faces most small business owners as they contemplate moving their business to an online marketing strategy. Oliver saw an opportunity to build all of these pieces of software that a small business would need onto a single platform, for a single low price. And, that if a company would focus not on simply selling a piece of software, but on creating actual business success online for its customers, small businesses would be drawn to that message. The Marketecture Business Center is now the most comprehensive online business platform for SMBs and Marketecture is quickly emerging as the de facto standard for the leading Fortune 50 and Fortune 500 companies who provide online business resources to today’s SMBs.

Before launching Marketecture, Bigler started and sold boutique search engine marketing firm E-Harbor, Inc., which achieved $13M in sales in 2009. Prior to his entrepreneurial debut, Bigler gained great business education working as a strategy management consultant to Fortune 500 Management at The Monitor Group in Cambridge, MA and American Express Worldwide Marketing in New York.

Bigler graduated from Brigham Young University in 1998 with a degree in international Trade and Finance, magna cum laude where he was a Trustee Scholar, Golden Key and Phi Kappa Phi honors Societies, and heavily involved in Symphony Orchestra, Marching Band, Theatre and Film departments and the BYU Jerusalem Center.

During his term at BYU, Bigler served a two-year service mission for the LDS Church in Mexico City, Mexico and also started his first startup, a nationwide home security marketing company, Protect America Marketing, with 18 offices nationwide and over 285 employees.

Bigler is a member of Utah technology council, Council of Economic Development —City of Orem, and was named one of the top 10 coolest entrepreneurs by Utah Valley Business Q.
