At Semperis, I launched the EMEA Central region with zero brand awareness, no customers, no partners, and no local team. Within four years, this operation generated +$13M in ARR, driven by a focused team of 7 quota-carrying AEs supported by marketing, channel, presales, and post-sales resources.
My focus is complex enterprise sales in regulated industries: G2K, critical infrastructure, and financial services. I combine strategic thinking with pragmatic execution — from market entry to ramp-up to scale.
I manage from the field, not from behind a desk. I work closely with my team, customers, and partners on the ground — coaching in live deals, opening doors, and ensuring we learn fast and execute even faster. In early-stage environments, that’s where speed, trust, and outcomes are built.
I hire with intent. My network spans DACH, Alps, Nordics, and Benelux, and I understand why seemingly strong hires often fail. I prioritize resilience, speed, and reliability over CV keywords.
