Previously, Oliver was instrumental in establishing The Talent Business’ Berlin office in 2011. During his tenure, he was the driving force in growing the company into Germany’s leading executive search firm for creative and innovative businesses.
Oliver’s earlier career roots are in advertising agencies and marketing communications. He has worked on the agency side for fourteen years in both Germany, across Europe, and the US leading multi-disciplinary teams across multiple geographies for network clients that included Mars, PepsiCo, Smart Car, Bayer Diabetes & Healthcare, Wrigley, and Allianz.
Oliver brings extensive experience partnering with senior marketers, brand owners, and agency leaders to secure talent that drives innovation and delivers strategic impact. He advises tech platforms, brand owners, consultancies, media, and communications agencies, as well as private equity firms, on executive search and M&A projects worldwide.
