I have been in the Hospitality Sales & Marketing arena since 1994. Spending 10 years in London working for large and small hotel groups I gained strong experience across all sectors. Returing to Ireland in 2003 I gained 6 years expereince in the Luxury 5 star hotel market. Since 2009 I have run my own Sales & Marketing Consultancy - Olive Tree Consulting. My main client is Best Loved Hotels: Marketing partner to over 400 hotels in UK & Ireland. I have consulted with many businesses over the past 3 years in addition including The Gore and The Pelham Hotels in London and current clients include Kilmlallock Tourism Partnership, Kilmallock and Lismore Castle, County Waterford.
