Triggers [mostly for anxiety or things that make me uncomfortable]:

THE BIG ONE: Emotionally/physically abusive relationships, loud angry yelling, that sort of thing. It just really hits close to home.

Others: Loud noises [this only really affects me if I'm already anxious], pedophilic relationships, homophobia, body shaming
