I am Olivia, a dedicated Strategic Design and Research practitioner with a passion for translating human behaviour into transformative and regenerative experiences. With a rich background in Human-Centred Design for projects spanning health, financial services, transport, education, government, and startups, I thrive on harnessing insights to craft strategic solutions that make a meaningful impact.
