I am a Spanish teacher and budding polyglot based in Wellington, NZ. I teach Preschool - Year 8 students at St Marks Church School and adult students at Wellington Community Education Centre.
I am exploring a variety of methodologies to help learners (including myself) communicate in the target language sooner rather than later! (I am currently teaching myself Croatian with the help of a language buddy - check out my progress on my blog speaknowlanguage.com).
I use the Accelerative Integrated Method (AIM) for my Preschool - Year 8 classes. This method was developed in Canada and has amazing results in developing critical fluency. If you are interested in finding out more about this method you are welcome to come and observe a class.
