C. Olivia Ricard

C. Olivia Ricard, hails from Evergreen, Alabama. I am a graduate of Evergreen High School. After high school I moved to Newark, New York and resided there for 6 years. In October 1989, I enlisted in the United States Navy and served for 20 years as a Religious Program Specialist and retired in October 2009. My family and I currently resides in GA.

My military decorations consist of the Meritorious Unit Commendation Medal (2), Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal (1), Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal (5), National Defense Service Medal (2), Good Conduct Award (5), Navy “E” Ribbon (2), Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal and various certificates for volunteer service throughout my career.

In December 2009, I received my Associate of Art Degree in Business Administration from Coastline Community College in Fountain Valley, CA. In December 2012, I received my Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice with Honors from Strayer University in Morrow, GA. I am currently working on an Executive Graduate Certificate in Human Resources.

I have been married for 17 years and have 3 kids, one daughter 16 years of age and 2 sons, ages 15 and 13. And 2 cats Whiskers and Tiger age 3.
