My interest in marketing began in 2012 when I was a child model for lululemon and was invited to travel to LA for a week promoting lululemon at Disney's Next Big Thing. In addition to representing the brand, we taught the Gangnam Style dance to a live audience in LA. It was so much fun and never felt like work - I was hooked on marketing from then on. Since that time, I am no longer dancing on stage, but I still love events. I worked in retail marketing for two start-ups: FARE|WELL and Kruse Clips. I love implementing strategies and tactics to grow new brands and seeing what will resonate.

Although I personally love social media as an individual, I am also passionate about creating and leveraging strong relationships with people directly. I believe that social media is only as strong as the brand itself.

I spent the summer of 2021 assisting with the brand growth and retail operations of Modern Wellness Bar in Vancouver. It was very rewarding to see a marketing plan executed in the field and to have the time to set and measure against the brand's objectives. When not studying or working, you can find me on the water in summer and on the mountain in the winter.
