Early in my career as a food manufacturing professional, I realised how much passion I have towards career and personal development to achieve my own career and life goals. I also realised those two parts of my life are like watercolour, they bleed and impact each other. If I improve one, the other gets impacted.

It was easier to impact my work as I have very few past baggage to influence me and a blank future to write.

My mission is to empower women to confidently take that next step in their career ladder. I help women in entry-level or junior positions to enhance their confidence, understand corporate relationships, and enhance their soft skills to set them up for their next step in their career.
