Olivier Beauchemin
My career started on the Internet at BBN Planet - where the architects of the original Internet, the ARPAnet lived. After five years in the forge of global service provider operations and engineering, I ventured out to join firm who offered a new form of Internet service, known as "route brokering" - InterNAP.
Compelled as many by the tragedy of 9/11, I moved my family to Washington, DC and began working for the United States House of Representatives, bringing to bear my advanced experience and knowledge in service of our Government.
After two years of service, I was called back to the private sector by Presidio. Originally called to Presidio to support a unique and strategic customer of theirs, my time at Presidio has been transformative and rewarding. While at Presidio I seized the opportunity to transform their very small helpdesk service, to a 24x7 advanced technology managed service provider. This service began by supporting legacy TDM Nortel PBX's, and during my tenure launched services to provide remote network management, remote IP Telephony management, and security operations.
Allowed to flex my entrepreneurial creativity, and develop managerial skill, having successfully contributed to the explosive growth of the managed services business for Presidio, I chose to pursue a new challenge that would continue to emphasize the use of my creative technology skills.
As a Solutions Architect, I am now able to bring to bear the full experience and knowledge that my career to date has brought. Each day, clients are faced with business challenges that may be overcome by the right technology.
Today, my mission is to help you be successful by listening to your business challenges, and transforming your requirements into meaningful solutions. Where do you want to go?
