Olivier Morel

I am a Solicitor in England and an Avocat à la Cour in France. I have over 25 years' experience providing legal and commercial advice and strategic solutions to international groups investing in the UK.

I assist clients who are buying, selling or reorganising their UK businesses. I also coordinate the advice we give them on real estate, employment, commercial and litigation issues, and project manage the advice to our UK clients expanding overseas.

I sit on the Board of MarcAlliance, Cripps' international legal alliance of firms; I am the President of the UK chapter of the Conseiller du Commerce Extérieur de la France, a French government think-tank on international trade; I am a Board member of the French Chamber of Commerce in Great Britain.

I am a published author and regular speaker on international legal and business issues, and I m regularly interviewed in the national and international press.
