Olla is an inquisitive citizen of the world - born in Moscow and raised in New Zealand, she has lived in Australia, Thailand, studied in Spain and Germany and is currently residing in Berlin.

She speaks four languages and is passionate about interculturalism , diversity management and inclusion and has a working experience from New Zealand, Australia, Germany, South Korea and Russia. With a solid business background under her belt, she is immensely interested in entrepreneurship, innovation and start up ecosystems.
