A Barbadian entrepreneur with legal, international policy, consultancy, non-profit and corporate experience, across various sectors.

The Managing Director and Lead Consultant/Trainer at Gateway International, a training and consultancy agency for individuals, NGOs and businesses.

From 2014-2016 served as the Caribbean (SIDS) Focal Point for the UN Major Groups of Children & Youth, currently is the Chairperson of the Advisory Board for the Caribbean Regional Youth Council; and in 2016 joined the Inaugural President Obama’s Young Leaders of the Americas Initiative (YLAI) Initiative as a Professional Fellow.

Alian Ollivierre is the Founder/Director of I Am A Girl Barbados, where she develops programmes to inspire and empower girls aged 5-18 towards positive change.

With an LLB (Hons) and MSc. International Relations (Hons), Alian has gained ten (10) years plus experience in London, and within the United Nations sphere, while recently becoming an Author of her now published thesis on regional integration entitled 'Inter-regional Relations: Barriers the Caribbean faces in 21st Century'.
