Sports. Money. Tech. Basically, I was transport for testosterone in my 20s and 30s. Overtraining ended my professional athletic career. Ambition drove me to Wall Street. Desire, to win fast, sucked me into the Dotcom bubble. I made money, lost money, and built character (humility).

I came to realize having a boss and being an employee didn’t work for me. A mentor taught me how being an entrepreneur was like being an athlete in business. At that point, I knew what I wanted. However, my blindspots gave me plenty of learning. I was humbled, in great ways.

In the early 2000s, my wife and I launched a health food agency. Our mission is to inspire healthy living, leading, and earning around the world through consumption, production, and distribution of health food. One of my passions is to advance the field of human performance nutrition (for anyone) and also help influencers of health living get paid what they are worth. Our work is grounded by efficacy and execution. In addition, I'm a co-founder in the vertical farming company Altius Farms and the Altius Agency which invests in disruptive people and stuff.

Philanthropically, I serve on the council of directors for the True Health Initiative and the Heuga Center Endowment.

I am a 2-time Olympian, 3-time national champion and Pan American gold medalist. I train, mentor, and coach, around all aspects of human performance. As a lifelong student, I am fascinated by the joy found in its pursuit. I was born and raised in Montana and live in Denver with my wife and three daughters.
