Thinker – Doer – Eclectic Being; Olufemi Ajiboye is a young social entrepreneur and Education-Employment expert. He is passionate about rethinking education, youth empowerment, social enterprise, and public policy for good governance.

This passion has saw him served and still serving in various organizations both locally and internationally, to champion various development activities, raise resourceful people, while also raising resources for people.

In 2012, based on his desire to see individuals attain their best potentials, he founded ‘Solution Initiative’ which started as a ‘Human-Capital Development’ initiative; providing consulting services for people on enterprise and educational activities, with expanded services which now includes media and image laundry.

Olufemi has a great enthusiasm for self-development and a hands-on broad experience in counseling young people on issues relating to acquiring requisite work place skills. He is of the belief that it is better for people to be prepared for an opportunity and not have one, than to have an opportunity they are not prepared for.

He brings to bear this impressive track record, coupled with vast expertise in talent and resource management, entrepreneur, project management, research, information sourcing and networking, into mentoring, coaching and raising a replacement generation of youth who are no longer leaders of tomorrow, but leaders of today.

Olufemi is a 2013 and 2014 recipient of the UNESCO (Education) Commitment Award, and an Alumnus of the prestigious Clinton Global Initiative University (CGI U). He has also worked as a Research Fellow with the Centre for Gender and Social Policy Studies (CGSPS) and currently serves as a Development Consultant with the Th!nk Oyo Initiative; the Programs and Publicity Director of LYFE BootCamp; and an Ambassador for Jumpstart Academy Africa, amongst other numerous commitments.

He also has Book Chapter contributions in two recently published textbooks on Human Resource Management and Entrepreneurship respectively.

Olufemi has a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology and Anthropology from Obafemi Awolowo University, Nigeria and a Diploma in Business Management from HarvardX. His long term aspiration is to develop a holistic approach that will ensure students graduate from institutions of higher learning, not just with fascinating CVs, but also as enterprising business owners.
