Olubukola is a Human Resource Professional, Certified Life coach, NLP practitioner, trainer, speaker, mental health responder, and author.

She has over 10 years experience in various aspect of Human Resources having developed skills in Recruitment, Selection, onboarding, employee relations, customer service, administration and training.

She is very passionate about women, young adults and teenagers. She founded Phenomenal Woman Initiative out of her passion to help and empower individuals to discover their identity and use their potential to the fullest to become who they ought to be. She believes every person is phenomenal, hence her mantra Be phenomenal.

She is a mentor to many youths and women and her teaching style is the use of coaching to help people break free from limiting beliefs and empower them to unleash the potential they have locked within them.

She also volunteers with other NGO to mentor and train youths. She specialises in topics such as self esteem, personal development, self confidence, The importance of mental health, Examination success and study skills, Healthy Relationship, Personal transformation, mindset, belief change amongst others.

She has authored two ebooks; Live Again and Break Off.
