My name is Oluchi Okafor and I am a Speaker, Trainer and Consultant with over 8 years of experience spanning across the FMCG and Telecommunications sectors.

I am currently the General Manager at Multimix Academy, the Premier Supply Chain and Logistics training Institute in Nigeria.

I have worked in different capacities including Sales (High End and Mass Market), as well as Customer Service Experience.

I had my B.Sc in Mass Communication from Covenant University and I am currently pursuing my MBA in Supply Chain Management from the Malaysian University of Science and Technology.

I am a dedicated and resourceful Sales Professional with an excellent record of achievements in sales, marketing and business development leading to substantial revenue growth in highly competitive business markets.

I am also a Certified Customer Interaction Professional (CCIP) and a Customer Interaction Specialist.

My passion for Supply Chain and logistics led me to acquire a certification in International Trade and Logistics at the International Export Import Institute, Dunlap Stone University, Arizona, USA in 2009.
