Responsiblefor indirect spend of over $72M in 2007 and $138M in 2008 of GE Turbo machineryservices. Fulfilled sourcing requirements of various project platforms: Ebocha,Kwale, OB-OB, Egbin, Kaduna NIPP, Calabar NIPP, Benin NIPP, and Sapele NIPPwithin the constraints of time, scope and budget.

Developingindigenous suppliers’ capabilities towards fulfilment of Nigerian local contentrequirements. Monitoring supplier quality, delivery performance, developingimprovement strategies, and process controls to ensure business needs are met.Developing & implementing supplier management program for selected keysuppliers. Lead efforts to scout new suppliers, manage the supplier approvalprocess and when needed, work in conjunction with business leaders to trainsuppliers on mandatory compliance regulations. Lead suppliers’ qualificationprogramme; conduct regular/periodic suppliers’ audits (SRG).
