Busola Rafiat Ojo-Oba is a feminist and development practitioner with over four years of experience working on different community development projects in the nonprofit sector. Some of the Organizations she has worked with are Postpartum Support Network (PSN) Africa, My Mobile Doctor, WormFree Zone, Lagos Food Bank.

Busola had her first degree in History and International studies from the Lagos State University, Lagos, Nigeria and is currently studying for her masters in social work at the University of Ibadan, Nigeria. Her choice for social work was stemmed out of her burning desire to lead change in the social, economic and cultural issues affecting women, girls and young people.

Busola is an avid proponent and advocate of the Sustainable Development Goals. She was a youth delegate at the Open Government Partnership Summit held in Georgia in 2018. She is also an alumni of the President Barack Obama Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI) Regional Leadership Training.
