Victory Adekanmbi is a Communication Strategist, Speech & Executive Communication Coach, Trainer, and Speaker, and the Founder/CEO of Dexter Communications.

With close to a decade of experience, she has trained over 2,000 individuals, from children and students to executives, government professionals, entrepreneurs, and corporate audiences, helping them communicate with clarity, confidence, and influence.

Beyond communication, Victory is a builder and entrepreneur, passionate about creating ideas, businesses, and platforms that develop people and create meaningful impact. She is building Young Orators Club, equipping children with communication and confidence skills, and Warriors on Heels, a global community for women's development. She is also the creator of Speak or Stay Invisible, a practical eBook, alongside other communication courses and learning programmes.

She is deeply passionate about seeing women come into the fullness of who they are, their voice, potential, and purpose.
