Oluwasegun Oladokun

I am Oluwasegun Oladokun. A recent graduate of Psychology from the prestigious University of Ibadan, Ibadan, Nigeria where I graduated with Second Class Upper. My academic interests are in Organisation and Social Psychology.

I possess demonstrable skills of leadership, efficiency, emotional intelligence, flexibility and adaptability, creativity and innovation, excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, strategic planning, change management, strong time management and problem solving.

I have rich experiences in volunteering, youth capacity building, community mobilisation, leadership and career development, political strategy, having managed projects in various settings including corporate and multicultural contexts working with diverse teams that have contributed to various social impact projects. I have published articles on contemporary issues and have trained hundreds of youths on leadership as well as giving career guidance.

I am passionate about growth, always ready to learn and get engaged in activities that affect my society positively.
