Oluwatosin has over 5 years' experience in youth development, entrepreneurship education, human capital development and non-profit management with top-tiers organisations in Nigeria and sub-Saharan African Countries, and is passionate about the use of Artificial Intelligence, Creativity, Innovation and Design Thinking to meet clients goals and expectations. He is currently the Executive Director of Social Impact Africa (SIA), a Youth-led, development-oriented, social enterprise, that aims at providing sustainable innovation-driven solutions to key developmental problems such as poor educational opportunities, lack of economic opportunities and poor democratic leadership/governance in Nigeria and sub-Saharan African Countries. He is named as 2018 International Ambassador of Young Counselling and Development Network Leaders; 2018 Alumnus of Appalachian State University/Sozo Leadership Institute Grant Writing Fellowship; 2018 Fellow of Nigerian Bottling Company- Youth Empowered Program; 2018 Participant at Entreprise Development Centre/Pan African University- SME Toolkits Bootcamp; & 2016 Youth Ambassador of ' A World At School' Program in partnership with UNESCO.
