Oluwatosin Ologun is an award-winning multimedia journalist, trained and certified in digital and broadcast journalism. He currently serves as the Head of the Reportorial Desk of Agidigbo 88.7 FM, Ibadan Oyo State, with his deep interest in media and tech.

With his deep interest to share knowledge, Oluwatosin Ologun lectures students in Computer Science and Mass Communication related subjects.

Oluwatosin is interested in community development reporting, solution journalism, data-driven reports, humanitarian issues, climate change, and gender and inclusion stories. He is keenly interested in amplifying the world's good without ignoring the bad.

Over the years, He has acquired skills in broadcast presentation, news reporting and writing, fact-checking, data visualisation, research, graphic designing, multimedia editing, social media management, podcast production and facilitating training.

Oluwatosin has a National Diploma in Computer Science from the Federal School of Statistics and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Adekunle Ajasin University.

Oluwatosin Ologun is also an alumnus of the National Broadcast Academy, Lagos.

He has experience in mentoring young individuals like him to understand journalism. He has facilitated pieces of training for young journalists. He has an interest in covering elections across the country.

In 2022, Oluwatosin Ologun was appointed as the Assistant News Editor of News Digest NG, where he edited and published over 300 news reports. He also served as the News Editor for The Film Conversation in 2022. In July 2022, he rose to the position of the Head of the Reportorial Desk of Agidigbo FM, where he trains reporters on the rudiments of broadcast reporting.

When he is not in the studio, Oluwatosin Ologun does some important stuff for the New Daily Prime, an online newspaper ensuring professional design and layout of daily e-copy of newspaper.

Notably, Oluwatosin Ologun won the Edirin Jerry Wesley Broadcasting Award in 2022 and the Best in Broadcast at the Campus Journalism Awards in 2021.

He has received awards and honours, including fellowships and training from local and foreign media organizations.

Oluwatosin is interested in exploring new opportunities in the media and tech world.
