Omaatla Tonyane

Hi, I am Omaatla Tonyane, a passionate Bachelor of Education student at University of Johannesburg, majoring in English and School ICT Support. I am originally from Taung, a small town in North West, and I am driven by a love for learning, creativity and empowering young minds through meaningful education.

I believe that learning should be active, inclusive, and relevant to the real world. My teaching approach blends creativity with structure, encouraging learners to take the lead in discovering knowledge through practice, collaboration and technology. I aim to foster a classroom environment where learners feel seen, supported and inspired to grow, not only academically but as confident and curious citizens of the world.

Outside of my studies, I enjoy exploring educational technology, designing content and building websites. I have designed a few of my own, which you can view as below as part of my growing portfolio.
