Omaid Shuja

Omaid serves as a Business Development Manager at Discover Tech Solutions. Besides that Omaid is also responsible for handling call centre operations for Discover Tech Solutions. Omaid has an experience of more than 5 years working in U.S., Canadian and UK market with various industries such as banking, BPO, website designing and software developing. Omaid has a strong background in call center consultancy, research, business operations, project management, and management consultancy.

Previously Omaid was working in Crestel Communication, a Call Center division within Cresent Group of Companies, where he helped build the entire division and was responsible for operations, client coordination, appointment setting and operational direction of the division, growing the business 10%-15% every month, developing and managing a P&L of a quarter million USD.

In his assignment with Wi-Tribe, he was able to provide over PKR100,000 worth of Business to Sales Division, for which he received a “Best Achiever Award” and lead the Industrial Markets trading desk with fundamental analysis. He has worked with some of the best names in the business like NOKIA, McDonald, and Pizza Hut. He pursued his BBA at Greenwich University, and is also a Certified COPC (Customer Operations Performance Center) Coordinator for the BPO operations.
