Hello, my name is Omar Canosa. I am currently sitting at my computer wondering, "What do I write about myself?" Do I focus on my professional accomplishments, or should I describe my personal interests? List my skillsets, or share my passions? This very conflict defines my purpose in life. Pulled in many directions, by various interests and responsibilities, I sometimes feel like I'm not one person. The many different versions of "my self" have often clashed, but I'm happy to report that I've negotiated a truce. Using each life experience as a building block, and calling upon every skill I've learned along the way, I am currently in the (never ending) process of creating a space where I can "just be". All of me, every single version, brought together in the spirit of acceptance, working together towards the goal of integration. This is my journey. My greatest privilege is being able to share what I've learned with others, in ways that help them make the most of their journey. This "Life" business is complicated, but we are all in it together.
