Omar Mamataliev is the president of his high school, a national boxing champion of Kyrgyzstan, and a rising entrepreneur dedicated to youth empowerment.
With over six years of experience in boxing and a gold medal at the national level, Omar has learned the value of discipline, consistency, and mental strength — lessons he now applies beyond the ring.
As the founder of IWEN (Inspire, Win, Empower, Network), he leads a growing movement focused on improving the lives of young athletes, students, and volunteers. Through IWEN’s volunteer branch IVO, Omar has organized impactful charity projects, including donation drives for the elderly and community support in underserved areas.
He is also a silver medalist at the Asian International Math Olympiad (AIMO), a public speaker on youth leadership and entrepreneurship, and a natural leader who believes in leading by example. Omar balances academic excellence, athletic discipline, and social responsibility with a long-term vision to build initiatives that matter.
“My mission is to lead with purpose, inspire others through action, and create change where it’s needed most.”
