Omar Passons

I am a Deputy City Manager for the City of San José and my work focuses on leadership for preventing and ending homelessness, enhancing quality of life for all San José residents and inter-governmental collaboration. In my work, I take an approach that is attentive to each individual's needs and supports teams with a Strengths-based leadership philosophy. I am a native of San Diego, am passionate about children, youth and economic inclusion, and I love great meals, great conversation and travel.
