Founded by Mr. Rohtas Goel in 1989, the company has delivered more than 100 million sq. ft. of developed space including apartments, plots and commercial units. The company has a land bank of approx. 3,700 acres comprising 125 million sq. ft. of area, which is to be developed in the future.
