Chief Strategy Officer in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India
Omkar Pandharkame is the Chief Evangelist and Strategy Officer at Supervity AI, where he works closely with enterprise leaders, founders, and product teams to help organisations design, deploy, and scale AI-driven systems in production. He currently focuses on AI Agents and AI Employees—platform-led approaches that translate advanced AI capabilities into real operational outcomes.
He brings hands-on experience supporting startups and enterprises as they move from early experimentation to scalable, usage-driven AI deployments, working across product strategy, go-to-market execution, and customer adoption. His work spans enterprise customers, public-sector organisations, and high-growth startups building AI-native products.
A serial entrepreneur, Omkar has founded multiple ventures across Enterprise SaaS, consumer applications, and D2C, with a consistent focus on building products at the intersection of technology, human behaviour, and systems design. This background enables him to engage deeply with founders and executive teams—balancing technical trade-offs, product vision, and commercial realities.
In parallel, Omkar is an Adjunct Faculty of Entrepreneurship at ATLAS Skilltech University and has trained over 60,000 students and 2,000+ educators globally in AI, entrepreneurship, and design thinking. He is a two-time TEDx speaker on entrepreneurship and technology, with a focus on how emerging technologies reshape organisations, work, and human decision-making.
Academically, he has studied Organisational Psychology at the Higher School of Economics, Moscow, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from NMIMS Mumbai, and is currently pursuing doctoral research in Organisational Psychology—informing his interest in how teams adopt, trust, and scale complex technologies.
Omkar has been recognised with several honours, including the Global AI Leadership Award and the India Future Builder Fellowship, for his work in making enterprise-grade AI more accessible, responsible, and outcome-driven.
Based in India, he is a strong advocate for building globally relevant AI products from emerging markets and actively mentors early-stage founders navigating platform, product, and go-to-market challenges.
