Omkar Pandharkame is the Founder of Otto, an AI Chief of Staff for Sales that creates the living memory of every deal, customer, meeting, stakeholder, risk, and next step inside a sales organisation.

Otto is built on a simple belief: the future of sales is not another CRM dashboard. It is a system of action that remembers everything and tells salespeople what to do next.

Before Otto, Omkar served as Chief Evangelist and Strategy Officer at Supervity AI, where he worked with enterprise leaders, founders, and product teams to design, deploy, and scale AI Agents and AI Employees in production. His work spanned enterprise customers, public-sector organisations, and high-growth startups adopting AI for real operational outcomes.

Omkar has spent over a decade at the intersection of sales, enterprise AI, tacit knowledge, product strategy, and go-to-market execution. He has founded multiple ventures across Enterprise SaaS, consumer applications, and D2C, with a consistent focus on how technology changes human behaviour and organisational systems.

He is also an Adjunct Faculty of Entrepreneurship at ATLAS Skilltech University and has trained over 60,000 students and 2,000+ educators globally in AI, entrepreneurship, and design thinking. He is a two-time TEDx speaker on entrepreneurship and technology.

Omkar studied Organisational Psychology at the Higher School of Economics, Moscow, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from NMIMS Mumbai, and is pursuing doctoral research in Organisational Psychology.

Based in India, he is a strong advocate for building globally relevant AI products from emerging markets and mentors founders navigating product, platform, and go-to-market challenges.
