Omnia is a passionate and enthusiastic entrepreneur, architect and Railway Engineer. After earning her BSc. degree in Architecture and Regional Planning Engineering, she gained a wealth of knowledge through five years working experience with one of the world’s leading companies in Railway Business “The German Railways”, two of which as an expat in the Gulf region and Germany.
Following her passion for higher achievements and change making, she started “Mazadah”, striving to make an impact in building the human capital and improving the state of technology in the Arab region, by providing cutting edge training and consultation services on innovative technologies with a special focus on (LINUX), with a mission of bridging the knowledge and technology gap between the west and the Arabic region.
Besides business, Omnia is committed to improving the state of the world through civil society. She was the co-founder/Executive Manager for “Environmental Friends of Libya” NGO, leading a team organizing more than 25 cleaning campaigns in 2012, both in Tripoli and Benghazi, and advocated for solving urgent environmental issues in Libya. She is also a co-founder of "MED-Plug”, a social initiative aiming to connect social activists in the region for a higher impact and a bigger social change. In addition to being founding member of “Global Shapers (Tripoli Hub)”, a youth community established by the World Economic Forum, aiming to provide young leaders a seat on the decision making table.
