Omni Global Foundation
Want to live forever? Want to make immortality a reality? Want world peace? Want space travel? This is how we, as an entire species, can achieve these dreams:
A one-world charity. Everyone on the planet donating as little as 1 penny to as much as they want. 7 billion strong. If only 1 billion throws in 1 dollar each -- that's 1 billion dollars to spend on helping the world.
But imagine those who throw in $5. $20. $500. 1 million dollars? More than that? Now you have SEVERAL HUNDRED BILLION. At its peak -- maybe even several TRILLION.
To spend on education, technology, medical research, aid, and anything else the planet needs.
Imagine a world where immortality-through-medicine is a reality. Or a world where we drive hover-cars with free/clean energy. Or a world where space travel is possible.
Hire the best in the world: scientists, business people, doctors, charity organizers. Hold summits to determine exact details for Omni's overall structure and operation. Come up with ideas to make it incorruptable. Keep it Government-free and RUN ONLY BY THE PEOPLE OF EARTH.
Set up branches: A branch for technology. A branch for education. A branch for aid. A branch for medical research.
Each branch gets its own subdivision. Technology would have one for clean energy, robotics, space sciences. Medical would have one for cancer research, regeneration, even immortality.
Promote one month a year where everyone donates at least once. Then pool that money and save the world.
It's a SIMPLE idea. It would require MASSIVE amounts of planning and organizing and tremendous amounts of care to make sure it's done right. But...it's not impossible. It's very much POSSIBLE.
In the short-term -- imagine the amount of jobs that could be created from this. Worldwide. In the long-term -- imagine the future...
I see an infinite universe. And a future where everyone can live as long as they want. A future where one person can own an entire planet. And even a future where universal peace is a reality.
"Throughout history, it has been the inaction of those who could have acted; the indifference of those who should have known better; the silence of the voice of justice when it mattered most; that has made it possible for evil to triumph."
- Haile Selassie
